I am an educator, lecturer/facilitator (F2F and online DLO), consultant, programme manager, research supervisor and student.

My academic interests & passions are Learning, Research, Business, Digital Marketing & Brand Management.

I love the classroom!

In 2014 I established Oasis Learning as a platform for a diverse range of educational and learning services including tutoring MBA and postgraduate student research, lecturing, material and content development.

Education

I have a Master’s in Education (Tertiary Teaching) from the University of the Witwatersrand and specialise in the field of Academic Literacy and Business Research for MBA and Postgraduate students, as well as content development across a range of platforms.

My Master’s research report dealt with the challenges MBA students experience with Academic Writing.

I am currently registered to complete the Proposal for my DBA. My study aims to explore the ideological complexity surrounding 4IR technology and decolonisation, with specific reference to perceptions and practices of faculty in South African Business Schools.

Academic Programmes

I teach Academic Literacy and Business Report Writing to MBA students and Business Research Methodology to students doing a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration.

Executive Education

I also facilitate Business Communication, Academic Literacy, Business Research and Academic Techniques for Action Learning Projects for Executive Education.

In the Executive Education field, I have worked with corporate clients from the following sectors:

I have completed Online Short Courses in Online Lecturing with Milpark Education and Online Short Courses in Digital Marketing and Graphic Design through UCT.

I was fortunate enough to have been part of the start-up team of a vibrant new school in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg  from 2016 – 2021, and was responsible for the Brand Strategy and Marketing for the  preparatory school.
